3. Eligibility for Returns
Returns may be accepted under the following conditions:
- The item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect (must be reported within 48 hours of delivery)
- The customer requests a return of a new, unused item within the policy window
- The product is returned within 30 days of delivery (once approved)
- The item is unused and includes all original packaging, accessories, and documentation
Items must be in new condition. Used, installed, or assembled products may be ineligible for return unless they were defective or damaged upon arrival.
4. Reporting Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, contact us within 48 hours of delivery and include:
- Your order number
- Photos clearly showing the issue (and packaging if applicable)
- A brief description of the problem
Freight deliveries (large items): If your order ships via freight, please inspect the shipment upon delivery. If there is visible damage, note it on the delivery receipt (BOL) and take photos before accepting the shipment. This helps us resolve claims faster.
5. Return Authorization (Required)
All returns require approval before sending anything back. If your return is approved, we will provide return instructions and, when applicable, an RMA/authorization reference.
Returns sent without approval may be refused or delayed and may not be eligible for a refund.
6. Return Shipping and Fees
Non-defective returns (change of mind): The customer is responsible for return shipping costs. A 25% restocking fee applies and will be deducted from the refund.
Defective/damaged/incorrect items: If verified and approved, we will provide return instructions and may provide a prepaid return option when applicable. Restocking fees are waived for verified defective/damaged/incorrect items.
Original shipping fees: Original shipping charges are not refundable unless the return is due to a verified defect, damage on arrival, or an incorrect item. If your original order was below $100 and included a $60 shipping charge, that shipping charge is treated as a shipping service fee and follows this rule.
7. Refunds and Replacements
- After we receive and inspect the returned item, we will confirm whether a refund or replacement applies
- Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within 7 business days after inspection/approval
- If you prefer, we may offer a replacement (subject to availability) instead of a refund
8. Exchanges
We may accept exchanges for eligible items that meet the return conditions. Replacement items are shipped once the returned item is received and approved (or as otherwise arranged for large freight items).
9. Non-Returnable Items
We cannot accept returns for:
- Issues reported after 48 hours of delivery for damage/defects/incorrect items
- Items damaged due to misuse, neglect, improper installation, or normal wear and tear
- Personalized, custom-made, made-to-order, or special-order items (unless defective on arrival)
- Perishable goods
- Gift cards and downloadable digital items
- Intimate or sanitary products (if applicable) unless sealed and unused
10. Cancellations
- Orders may be canceled before shipment/fulfillment begins for a full refund
- Once an order has shipped, cancellations are not possible. You must follow the return process outlined above
11. Legal Rights
This policy does not affect your rights under U.S. consumer protection law.
12. Changes to This Policy
We may update this policy from time to time. Changes take effect upon posting.
